Today’s #MillennialToWatch is Jaime Masters.
Jaime wanted to be a millionaire ever since she was little. When she was 24, she started business coaching and have coached and consulted with many, many million and multi-million dollar businesses. She thought that millionaires were different than the rest of us, but it turned out, they still have the same 24 hours in a day. In order to figure out what made millionaires so successful, Jaime started interviewing them on her podcast Eventual Millionaire, and have since interviewed over 300 millionaires!
Jaime shares…” Don’t try to improve your weaknesses, work on your strengths.”
“If there is one thing that I have learned from interviewing millionaires, it is the power of capitalizing on your strengths. Don’t try to be great at everything, it just isn’t possible, not to mention you will just get frustrated and will probably fall on your face.
What you should be doing is really looking at your strengths and figure out how to can work on those as much as humanly possible. So if you rock as sales, then focus on that and let someone else do the tech stuff or write copy. If you don’t know what your strengths are, take some tests and figure it out! Don’t worry about trying to improve things you’re not good at, just FOCUS on what you are good at and become absolutely AMAZING at that one thing.”

Jaime would like ask you…
“How do you feel that current college educational system will fair in the next 5-10 years with the increase in online learning platforms, and online entrepreneurial endeavors?”
