Tomas shares…”It all starts with a powerful vision”
“Designing your dream lifestyle is your responsibility. You must understand that most of the rules are made up, and no matter where you come from you can engineer your perfect day, which will turn into a perfect life.
It all starts with a powerful vision. You have to create your purpose. People ask me, “how do you find your calling?”. You don’t. You have to create it. Is it to become an Olympic athlete, bestselling author or startup founder? It’s all up to you. But there is an important thing you must understand. You need to work on your self-awareness skills to evaluate what life you want. Not what your parents or friends or society wants.
It’s natural to recreate your purpose as you learn more about yourself.
Another thing I want to emphasize is the process. You must enjoy the process of whatever you choose to do. I like writing, and I do a lot of it. Not everything gets published, and that is okay. As long as I enjoy the process, I can strive to become a better writer and publish a book.
Last but not least thing is always default to your health as the primary focus. No matter what you’re trying to achieve in life, it will come at a cost. Never pay with your health. Develop healthy habits such as exercising, eating well, drinking lots of water, connecting with people, keeping a gratitude journal, meditating, sleeping enough and disconnecting to recharge.
